People come to therapy because they want to feel better. Maybe it's relationship problems or anxiety/depression, but whatever the reason, life has become uncomfortable or painful. Most people want more understanding of themselves and their situation. That being said change is what we all seek in therapy. Making your life work better is the goal.

I value insight and mindfulness that pave the way to new ways of being in the world. The majority of clients I work with are bright and more often then not, high functioning. Helping to create a relationship with clients that facilitates change, which includes trust, respect, and confidentiality is of utmost importance to me. My ideal client speaks English or Spanish. I am best suited to treating the above client. I am fluent in English and Spanish.
